Monique Lhuillier offers a refined return process for unworn, unaltered merchandise accompanied by original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear and bridal pieces must remain in pristine condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact and attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
